Factions in Mobius that are of note

g.u.n

The Guardian Units of Nations, or G.U.N is a militaristic force that is primarily stationed in the largest island cities across Mobius. They have a strong marine fleet and maintain peace across the seas. They have several branches, with the lower branches being used for petty crime, such as small-time pirates and the highest ranks being used to deal with planet-wide threats. They aren’t necessarily under the government and have their interests and goals. However, they are funded by the government, and their interests sometimes align.

pirates

Pirates are common in the seas of Mobius, looking for lost treasure from the “Dry Times” before the world was flooded. They usually raid other traveling ships and ferries, while a bold few pirates sometimes pillage floating villages. There are several different factions of pirates within themselves, some being solo, while some pirates have gigantic ships with several crewmates.

the eggman empire

The self-proclaimed empire of Dr. Eggman, which consists of anyone who works alongside him, including the robots that he creates. The Eggman Empire aims to drain Mobius of its water, allowing Eggman to build Eggman Land and make it as large as possible.
